    Position Overview: As a Lead Warehouse Associate at Five Star Breaktime Solutions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse. You’ll ensure that our inventory is well-organized, shipments are prepared efficiently, and our team members are motivated and productive. This position is perfect for someone with a strong attention to detail, leadership abilities, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist the warehouse manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management

    + Support the warehouse manager to lead, train, and supervise warehouse associates, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely

    + Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain stock

    + Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for all shipments

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

    + Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed

    + Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth operations

    + Implement and enforce warehouse policies and safety procedures

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with supervisory experience preferred

    + Strong leadership and team management skills

    + Forklift certification or willingness to obtain

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    + Proficient in warehouse management software and inventory systems

    + Attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Position Information:

    + Status: Full-Time

    + Work Days: Monday thru Friday – 8:00am until complete (typically 6:00pm)

    + Pay range: Starting up to $17-$20/hour (Based on Experience)
